We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:

 

European & Canada Market Access & Pricing Lead (m/f/x) – 12 month assignment - Vanflyta

 

The Position:

The European & Canada Market Access & Pricing (MA&P) Lead - leads the development and implementation of the European Market Access strategies for Vanflyta. The European MA&P lead will partner with pricing, HEOR/RWE, Medical Affairs & Commercial at the global, regional and country levels in order to develop winning value propositions and maximize the value of Vanflyta for Daiichi-Sankyo
 

Reporting:

Reports to the European Senior Director Oncology Value, Access & Pricing

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leads the European access strategy development and supports flawless implementation in all EuCan markets for Vanflyta where Daiichi-Sankyo has presence
  • Fosters close collaboration with external vendors and EUCAN markets to ensure appropriate input into and development of strategies that will lead to successful access and reimbursement in these markets
  • Interfaces with regional and key country teams including market access, medical, HEOR& RWE and commercial on matters of pricing and market access ensuring alignment with global counterparts
  • Inputs and helps shape key global  deliverables (HECON model, ITC etc) and if required adapts to support the regional market access strategy
  • Work closely with global price, reimbursement and access to provide European insights into and help influence the clinical development programs if required
  • Ensures price guidance and corridors are in place, in close collaboration with global and key countries, including evaluation of Innovative Value Strategies and contracting
  • Accountable for the development of the regional Access Strategies and payer toolkit to support launch 
  • Ensures effective and impactful collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Effectively represents DS at major external agency meetings, including payer Ad Boards, internal workshops, and conferences.
  • Establishes and promotes positive and highly productive working partnerships with Commercial, R&D and global colleagues to ensure timely coordination of activities to drive delivery of plans and programs
  • Key member to interact with senior leadership on price & market access strategies and topics

 

Education & Professional Experience:

  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in Pricing & Market Access at country and above country level in a pharmaceutical company (or related such as medical devices); at least 8-10 years
  • Prior experience in working in Oncology portfolio is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • Deep understanding of the EuCan Market Access needs
