Roles and Responsibilities:
- Co-create, validate, and implement the global training strategy for the Finance GBS organization
- Plan, manage, and evaluate training schedules at a strategic level
- Ensure continuous learning by aligning with global process owners and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal partners to align with Daiichi Sankyo training principles
- Develop and maintain technical (S4HANA and related systems) and soft skills training content
- Coordinate SMEs and internal trainers in regularly updating training materials
- Create and maintain branding assets and style guides for training templates
- Plan and coordinate resources and stakeholders for training delivery
- Manage adaptation and localization of training materials
- Oversee validation of externally developed training content
- Develop a strategic training approach to enhance the skills of the Global Business Services organization and the graduates participating in the future finance trainee scheme
Personal Skills and Professional Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology (preferably Industrial/Organizational Psychology), or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar training management role
- Background in Finance and SAP / S4HANA is an advantage
- Proven record in designing and implementing training programs
- Strong methodological and didactic expertise in adaptive training and coaching
- Familiarity with compliance and ethical training standards
- Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong customer orientation and team collaboration mindset
- Proficient in presentation tools and digital learning platforms
- Hands-on, proactive, and flexible work approach
- Effective communication and networking skills across global teams
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Another language such as German or Japanese would be advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
