We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead to become a member of Daiichi Sankyo Team in Istanbul, Turkey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
- At least 2+ years of experience in the Power BI platform
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Adapt to agile ways of working approach
- Exceptional ability to design and create data visualizations and deliver insight to the business.
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance and Product Supply.
- Document and prepare consolidated demand consensus forecast for the company’s oncology portfolio.
- Develop and implement the different segmentation types and targeting processes with data architecture approach.
- Provide data intelligence through the generation of complex reports (e.g., Power BI reports and dashboards) and analyses from multiple cross-functional sources to substantiate business decisions and recommendations.
- Lead global CRM projects in collaboration with European team and implement these projects with the aspiration of local needs.
- Design target and incentive plans and track achievement. Develop Field Force Incentive schemes and objectives.
