We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position: Commercial Operations Manager

 

Job Summary:

  • This person is liable for customer order and sales management (entry of returned products into the SAP system, customer surplus and turnover premium processes, sharing current price lists with customers, updating price, maturity, discount rates in SAP, customer ITS and invoice problems, resolving all kinds of customer requests and complaints, etc.),
  • Responsible for tender management (answering and reporting tender price requests),
  • Analyzes and publishes sales reports (budget and forecast studies),
  • Manages S&OP processes related to sales data,
  • Tracks and reports ITS (Pharmaceutical Tracking System) and customer stock & sales data
  • Customer and stakeholder visits are also among the duties of this role

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides high quality, regulatory and supportive service in its communication with the customer
  • Works to achieve local and international business goals and supports budget monitoring, cross-functional local organization.
  • Cooperates strongly with quality, medical and procurement functions to meet customer demands in a timely and successful manner.
  • Prioritizes customer order requests based on stock-day levels and ensures timely delivery of the order
  • Analyzes, prepares and publishes sales reports
  • Optimizes and improves order management with customer stock-output data
  • Keeps S&OP data up-to-date and prepares ex-factory sales ladder.
  • Responsible for DMO Tender Process Management and communication with the business

 

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Candidate based in Istanbul
  • Experienced in sales forecast -budget studies
  • Having the ability to think analytically
  • Evaluation of customer demands, resolution of complaints.
  • Preparation and submission of sales reports, advanced knowledge of excel
  • Fluent English writing and speaking
  • Independence, strong communication skills and solution-oriented work with counterparties
  • Effective collaboration with different functions
