 Key Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Director is a key member of Daiichi Sankyo Turkey Leadership Team and reporting to General Manager of DSTR. This person is responsible for leading strategic development and execution of brand plans, business development and business excellence activities. He/She will be leading the Marketing, Digital Excellence and Innovation, Commercial Excellence, Event management teams. This person will be in close collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and other stakeholders.

 

  • Lead the development, implementation and execution of brand strategy. Measure effectiveness on an ongoing basis and recommend & implement changes accordingly.
  • Contribute to the annual strategical and tactical plan for Daiichi Sankyo’s products.
  • Lead strategic and tactical development of multichannel marketing & innovation strategy and being the leader of “Digital Transformation” in Turkey.
  • Develop relationships and effective engagement plans with Key Opinion Leaders and other key stakeholders to strengthen Daiichi Sankyo’s position in the market, create projects of common interest
  • Identify and triage business development opportunities with the agreed strategy,
  • Lead the strategic initiatives related with sales force effectiveness, commercial learning & development and marketing excellence.
  • Integrate DSE business models and projects to optimise commercial resources.
  • Work closely with DSE and MSC region marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Motivate and coach respective team members in order to improve capabilities and knowledge.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related fields
  • Minimum of 12 years in Pharma Marketing roles additional sales responsibility is an asset
  • Strong customer focus, excellent business and commercial acumen, a solid understanding of pharma marketing.
  • Project Management experience required
  • Has recently managed P&Ls
  • Eager to learn, use the different instruments to update herself/himself in business
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and organizational skills,
  • Able to deal ambiguity, shift gears comfortably
