Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to join our oncology team. This role will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational marketing plans for our oncology portfolio, ensuring the successful launch and growth of innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, a passion for improving patient outcomes, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for oncology products to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare long-term product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies.
- Launch Excellence:
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with global and local strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access, to deliver launch success.
- Marketing Execution:
- Create and implement promotional materials and campaigns tailored to target audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Organize and participate in oncology-related conferences, symposiums, and educational events.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, and industry partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding oncology product management.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on product performance metrics, including sales, market share, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry,
- Strong knowledge of oncology therapies, treatment landscapes, and healthcare systems.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, product launches, and lifecycle management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in project management and working within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
