Customer Experience (CX) Content Administrator (m/f/x)

 

Purpose of the function:

Ensures best in class content management at Europe level by applying content tiering categories, by tagging content, by analyzing content use as well as effectiveness and by keeping the content repository up-to-date.


Roles and responsibilities:

Key Deliverables:

 

  • Up-to-date content repository

  • Tiering categorization of all commercial materials uploaded to review system

  • Tagging of all DSE content modules

  • Tracking of European content use in affiliates 

  • Quarterly overview of content effectiveness

 

Activities:

 

  • Curates the content repository and ensures it is up-to-date with latest content modules from DSE and content modules created/sourced locally

  • Notifies affiliates when new content modules are available

  • Applies tiering categorization when uploading new content developed by DSE commercial internally or through agencies to the content review system 

  • Tags all content created at DSE 

  • Monitors the level of DSE content modules used in affiliates to inform quarterly DSE content creation decisions

  • Summarizes content effectiveness and shares overview in quarterly meetings with DSE and affiliates 

  • Ensures continuous improvement of content management e.g. content tagging, content organization

Personal skills and professional experience:

  • Master Degree

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Experience managing several tasks in parallel

  • Experience with content tagging and measuring content use and effectiveness

  • Good understanding of content approval processes in a highly-regulated industry

  • Prior experience in (Pharma-)Marketing / Sales / Medical and/or working with (digital) content agencies a plus

  • Fluent English, add. language advantageous

  • Excellent administrative skills, High level attention to detail,

  • Good time management & prioritization of tasks

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with a many different stakeholders

  • Diligent, Collaborative, Self-motivated
