Digital Service Manager (m/f/x)

The position:

Roles and responsibilities:

  • You support the business in the identification of digital opportunities for their customers and create a digital service vision
     

    • Together with the business and CX Research you identify where digital might bring value to our customer and ensure our ideas are feasible

    • You create the digital service vision and act as ambassador and primary contact for all queries related to the service idea

    • You ensure problem solution fit together with CX Design by integration of customer feedback and check business value by close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 
       

  • You drive ideas from prototype to a marketable solution and scale them across our 13 European markets
     

    • You define the business model and value proposition in alignment with business and potential partners 

    • You own the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog and define the minimum feature set (in case of acceleration in alignment with the partner)

    • You are responsible to ensure all regulatory, legal and compliance requirements for a market launch and scaling across markets
       

  • You accelerate ideas with external partners to a marketable solution 
     

    • You negotiate partner contract in alignment with cross-functional team (legal, compliance, IT) and business development

    • You ensure the alignment of product roadmap and backlog with DS product vision and facilitate market implementation with local counterparts

    • You steer the partnership to meet timelines, budget and quality requirements

       

  • As agile product development is still quite new to the organization you support establishing standards with regard to processes, methodologies and tools 
     

 

Personal skills and professional experience:

  • Your experience is more valuable than your university degree, therefore show us what proves your understanding of digital service development (in the pharma industry)

  • Translating fuzzy customer needs into a validated idea and service vision is part of your DNA 

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in the role of a PO / venture architect / start-up collaboration management in a start-up or a corporate innovation environment and successfully launched digital products

  • Your experience in the healthcare industry is very valuable and will be favored as well as experience in development of digital med-tech / care applications, e.g. DiGA 

  •  Experience in digital product development and implementation of new business models in a healthcare environment are the cherry on the cake. 

  • You have proven strong collaboration and communication skills to drive effective stakeholder management

  • You’re experienced in working and guiding cross-functional teams and delivering on a common goal

  • You bring in an entrepreneurial mindset and friends describe you as a creative and strategic thinker

  • Fluent in English
