We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:


European Senior Brand Manager – Hematology (m/f/x)


The Position:

The position will be responsible to support the European brand strategy, brand development, brand communication and launch excellence of the company’s upcoming hematology launches. The successful candidate will be a key member of the European core launch team and closely collaborate with European Commercial, Medical and Market Access functions and affiliates as well as Global and other Regional teams. The position reports into the Director Strategic Projects Oncology & Hematology Brand Lead Europe and Canada.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director Strategic Projects Oncology & Hematology Brand Lead in the brand strategy as well as planning and execution of related tactics and activities

  • Contribute to the European cross-functional launch team(s), collaborating closely with Global and US Brand Teams, as well as colleagues from DSE affiliates

  • Provide European Commercial input to inform (Global) brand strategy

  • Support launch process and help to ensure launch readiness, track relevant KPIs and offer strategic support to regional and country teams

  • Drive regional projects, initiatives and tactics linked to brand strategy and launch readiness

  • Develop key Commercial & Marketing deliverables, according to the European launch plan

  • Build strong relations and ensure alignment with key functions from Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access on an European level and across DS (e.g., Global and other regional teams) on defined milestones and deliverables

  • Assist in the organization of internal and project related meetings

  • Support the budget and forecast processes


Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Life Science required (e.g. Pharmacy, Medicine and Biology)

  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

  • At least 5 years of pharma industry experience - Previous Oncology launch, product management or Management Consulting experience is required

  • Experience to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural team

  • Experience in operational processes and project management

  • Strong communication skills and collaborative team player

  • Facilitation and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
