For our Customer Service department in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:

 

Expert Customer Service (m/f/x)

 

The Position:

 

This position will be responsible for managing all Customer service related tasks. Goals include achieving service level, financial targets and annual cost reductions, as well as management of daily operations. This cross-functional position will work with DSE business units (Demand Planning, Distribution, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Legal, Finance, Controlling etc.), as well as with Affiliates and 3rd party warehouses.
 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for all customer service functions (order and invoice management, management of logistic service providers, complaint and return management incl. credit / debit notes)
  • Provide verbal and written advice in English and German to all incoming requests of customers (especially wholesaler, pharmacies and hospitals)
  • Identify and assess customer needs and offer commercial solutions in cooperation with internal functions
  • Work very close with other departments to provide the best possible customer service experience
  • Guarantee on-time delivery via SAP R/3 and assure customer satisfaction at anytime
  • Manage all necessary master data in SAP R/3
  • Support optimal efficiencies and quality by handling all requests and processes according to departmental policies
  • Provide a professional interface between internal colleagues and stakeholders
  • Prepare sales analysis and monitor KPIs

 

 

Professional experience and personal skills:

 

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship or Bachelor degree, desired in Business Administration
  • Practical experience in the field of Customer Service at least a minimum of 5 years
  • Experience in back office processes
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent German and English verbal and written skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and innovative process improvements
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience and at least basic skills in SAP R/3 (Modules SD and MM) and SAP Business Warehouse
  • Experience in Oncology business is a plus
