Global Training Manager (m/f/x) Finance
The position:
Are you passionate about shaping the future of global finance training programs? As the Global Training Manager (m/f/x) Finance, you will lead the execution of the training program for Daiichi Sankyo's (DS) Global Project (S4/HANA Implementation). You will be at the forefront of developing and executing a sustainable training program for our future Global Business Service (GBS) organization. Roles and responsibilities:
- Co-create, validate and co-execute the training strategy and key user concept for S4/Hana Implementation project
- Plan and manage training schedules, coordination, and evaluation at a strategic level
- Participate in training alignment sessions with external consultants
- Create a concept of the continuous training of employees in our Global Business Services(GBS) organization which is currently in creation, to ensure each global member in various locations (Japan, US and Europe) is sufficiently trained to be effective and changes are incorporated by liaising with global process owners and stakeholders
- Participation as an expert in the people development processes for our GBS employees coordinating closely with HR and GBS Excellence
- Collaborate with external consultants, internal stakeholders, and global process owners to incorporate Daiichi Sankyo training principles
- Facilitate connections between external consultant teams and Daiichi Sankyo training stakeholders
- Develop the Go-Live training support model and sustainable post Go-Live learning content maintenance process
- Ensure SMEs (subject matter experts) continuously review and update training materials
- Provide branding assets and style guides for training templates
- Plan, mobilize, and coordinate resources and stakeholders for training delivery
- Coordinate translation and adaptation of training materials
- Support validation of training materials developed by external parties
Professional Experience & Education:
- University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Psychology, especially Industrial and Organizational Psychology or similar field
- Several years (minimum 5 years) proven experience working in a similar role
- Experience in Finance and SAP area will be an asset
- Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs
- Strong methodological and didactic knowledge in adaptive training and coaching
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for ethical training
- Project management, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in presentation technology
- Hands-on mentality
- Good networking skills with internal and external stakeholders
- High degree of independence, flexibility, and resilience
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
