HR Business Partner (m/f/x) 

 

The Position:

This position will be responsible for the HR activities for a dedicated client group ensuring consistency with our business values "Commitment, Collaboration and Courage".


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong partnership with key clients in order to provide HR expertise and guidance 
  • Counsel and advice managers on all employee related and labor law related topics
  • Identification of personnel development needs across the client’s organization and support in implementation
  • Develop and facilitate workshops
  • Ensure proper organisation and execution of all operational HR activities and processes
  • Manage recruitment activities, including definition of recruitment strategy, interviewing and hiring
  • Efficient onboarding of new employees
  • Develop and maintain productive relationship with Works Council and lead Works Council negotiations
  • Drive HR projects independently as well as in close collaboration with the HR Director
  • Ensure close collaboration with HR colleagues in the Centers of Excellence

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Law or Master´s degree in Human Resources Management
  • At least 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment
  • Credible business person who will be perceived as trusted advisor and functional expert
  • Working knowledge in German labor law 
  • Experience in successful cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence and work in a matrix environment
  • Able to build credibility among clients and peers on all layers to gain commitment and support for HR initiatives
  • Ability to handle different projects and topics at the same time and in a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and consulting skills 
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Experience in pharma industry is an advantage
