For our headquarter in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position

 

IT Security Engineer (m/f/x)

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Establishing and constructing security standards and best practices that an organization should follow
  • Implementing security controls to protect an organization’s infrastructure and data
  • Preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols
  • Support the Security Team in Incident response activities
  • Educating the workforce on information security standards, policies, and best practices
  • Increase organization incident readiness level
  • Organizing and conducting scans and testing in order to identify vulnerabilities
  • Coordinating penetration testing to find exploitable weaknesses and working on the mitigation
  • Reporting results of scanning or testing and providing security recommendations for further system security enhancement


Professional experience and personal skills:

  • A degree in computer science, mathematics or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of IT security 
  • Language Skills English and German (B-Level)
  • Experience in different security domains (e.g. application security, vulnerability management, security monitoring, pen testing)
  • Technical knowledge in the areas of application, operating system and network security
  • Knowledge in system administration
  • Experience in developing policies, standards and guidelines
