Inhouse Consultant (m/f/x) Global Transformation Projects

Job Summary:

You will manage and lead the European Change Management Workstream in one or more global change projects with a strong focus on SAP/ IT transformation. In doing so, you will collaborate with European, Japanese and US colleagues as well as external vendors and report into the European HR Organizational Development team. At the same time, you will help to continuously professionalize Organizational Development and Change Management standards and support internal customers in their changes.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the planning and execution of the European organizational change management 
  • You are responsible to conduct end user change impact assessment, the development and implementation of innovative target group-specific measures and involvement strategies (change tools, communication, training, etc.) 
  • You design and analyze change surveys, reporting and feedback formats (focus groups, employee surveys) and related data analytics
  • As a passionate all-round talent, you design and conduct trainings and workshops, accompany team and leadership development processes where needed
  • You exercise influence and advocacy in a virtual matrix organization with stakeholders at different levels in a global context (local, regional, corporate and with our global colleagues in Japan and US as well as external consultants)
  • You collaborate in a proactive way and involve the relevant target groups accordingly 
  • You are involved in the conception and support of group-wide organizational development processes and activities
  • Characterized by your high level of service orientation, you advise our internal clients on suitable change measures and help to implement them

Education

  • University degree in business education, (business) psychology, organizational development, business studies
  • 5 years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, ideally gained in global organizations
  • You bring experience in the conception and implementation of change and communication tools, trainings and workshops and have a sound methodological know-how
  • Technical and methodological expertise in the areas of project management, process management and data analytics and interpretation round off your profile
  • Additional qualification in the field of systemic consulting/organizational development/coaching desirable
  • You convince with high consulting competence, service orientation and communication skills.
  • Strong intercultural collaboration competencies
  • Fluent in English and B2-level in German preferred
