Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

The position:

The Junior HR Business Partner will be first point of contact for all HR affairs for a defined client base at our production site in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm at Daiichi Sankyo.

The job holder will translate HR requirements to our business values "Commitment, Collaboration, Integrity and Courage" and ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented fairly and consistently.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner to a defined client base to provide HR expertise, guidance and advice and provide coaching to leaders

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationship with defined leaders locally and provide proactive partnership

  • Manage recruitment activities with client base, including definition of recruitment strategy and conducting interviews

  • Develop and maintain productive relationship with Work Council and lead Work Council negotiations. Additionally, manage labour law discussions

  • Manage BEM activities for the site

  • Close cooperation with HR colleagues in the Centers of Excellence

  • Contribute to HR projects

Personal skills and professional experience:

  • University Degree (Master or equivalent) with HR related diploma

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within the operational HR field 

  • Experience and interest in occupational medical care topics

  • First experience in collaborating with German Work Council

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationship with clients

  • Ability to influence 

  • Good knowledge of German employment law and tariff regulations

  • Ideally working experience in Pharma industry sector

  • Problem solver with the ability to think critically and to pro-actively identify improvement opportunities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
