We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position:

Manager European Strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding (m/f/x)

Your new role:

Do you want to be part of our journey and drive execution / implementation of Daiichi Sankyo´s talent acquisition and employer branding as well as onboarding strategies / processes across Europe
 

Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will continuously identify opportunities for process improvement. You will work in close collaboration with HR and Business Leaders across Europe to manage, drive and monitor an excellent candidate experience.
 

Your tasks & accountabilities:

  • Your past experience will enable you to develop and implement employer branding initiatives that align with our company's goals and values, aiming to create a positive employer brand and enhance candidate engagement
  • You will implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies and will develop KPI’s fitting European target markets, target companies and target groups teaming with your colleagues in operational recruiting
  • You will monitor all aspects of talent acquisition and onboarding to focus on driving a personalized candidate experience and sustainable talent relationship management
  • Then, you roll-out, run, streamline and improve an integrated multichannel European talent acquisition process to meet challenging workforce developments plans and comply with all applicable regulations
  • You will also consult with business leaders to develop and implement Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives to ensure the organization is equipped with the right talent for future challenges

Your education / professional experience:

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Human Resources Management (or similar) 
  • 4+ years of professional experience in HR, strategic talent Acquisition, strategic workforce planning and/or employer branding
  • Your experience features In-depth knowledge of strategic recruiting principles, programs, trends and best practice
  • You are highly initiative, solution and team driven combined with a passion for attracting candidates and building a strong employer brand
  • Your strong analytical mindset, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking utilizing a data driven approach
  • Diplomatic interpersonal skills and the capability to influence diverse organisational levels
  • Business fluent in English and German, other European languages are an asset
