Manager HR Governance & Reporting EU (m/f/x)

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • You will work on setting up, expanding, and maintaining HR governance structures, documentation and processes
  • You will monitor and secure HR data quality and compliance
  • You will act as dedicated contact for internal and external auditors and provide required data and reporting
  • You will act as a HR reporting expert and provide insights so that the business can achieve our common goals
  • You will implement and manage European HR reporting and analytics measures or tools and define efficient processes in accordance with current requirements
  • In particular, you will provide HR reporting services and generate HR standard reportings and ad-hoc queries including consolidation and interpretation of the results
  • You will collaborate with our European HR community and participate in or lead cross-functional or European-wide projects or workstreams and initiate optimization measures
  • You will provide 2nd & 3rd level support and training for relevant stakeholders, this includes dedicated comprehensive reporting, HRIS, or other special or day-to-day activities and E2E support for our German affiliate

 

 

 

Professional experience & skills:

 

  • You have successfully completed your business studies or a comparable field of study
  • 2+ years of experience in HR data management and HR reporting
  • Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • First experience in successfully leading cross-functional and/or cross-country workstreams
  • Result oriented with a strong affinity for data-driven insights and numbers in financial contexts that enables you to quickly think your way into complex tasks
  • Experience in SuccessFactors and modern reporting tools
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (in particular, excel, power point)
  • Fluency in English, German would be a plus
  • Readiness and willingness to work independently and collaborate within the European group of companies
