We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:

 

Senior Manager CX Cardiovascular Portfolio Marketing (m/f/x)

The Position:

In this role you will drive all relevant customer experience activities for our portfolio on a European  level and report directly to the European Portfolio Lead.
Your main task will be to thoroughly understand customer needs and align these insights with the strategic requirements of our portfolio.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Continue to develop and strengthen the brand identity of our cardiology portfolio
  • Develop & drive implementation of the portfolio strategic framework focusing on an integrated customer experience approach
  • Engage cross-functionally to deliver a comprehensive customer experience strategy for our cardiovascular portfolio including Medical Affairs, Market Access and Digital Excellence
  • Partner with brand teams in driving implementation of Single Minded Proposition for our portfolio
  • Develop content that is relevant for the customers, in the right time and in alliance with brand and affiliate teams
  • Collaborate closely with headquarter and country cross-functional teams to ensure that best practice and/or pain points are identified and shared
  • Challenge the strategic and tactical plans (EU and affiliates) for the portfolio focusing on creating one E2E customer journey
  • Define and drive the implementation of customer experience activities and content according to customer needs

 

Education & Professional Experience:

  • Degree in business or scientific studies
  • +5 years experience in Marketing/Sales in pharmaceutical industry
  • Commercial experience and acumen
  • Experience in building impactful customer interaction
  • Experience in creating personalized content for HCPs through development of modular content and supporting localization and implementation, considering customer journey
  • Hands-on proactive approach and accountability
  • Good communication and strong social skills
  • Experience to work in and lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken, additional language is a plus
