Senior Manager HR Controlling & Data Analytics EU (m/f/x)

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • You will act as a HR Controlling Expert and Partner with the business to provide insights so that the business can achieve our common goals
  • You will work on setting up, expanding, and maintaining HR Controlling and reporting structures in Europe or for dedicated stakeholders
  • You collaborate in and lead cross-functional or European-wide projects
  • You establish a new European HR reporting dashboard or tools and define efficient processes, including the definition of KPIs and HR Controlling standards in accordance with current requirements
  • Your will collect and analyze human capital and HR data and metrics to identify important workforce trends, and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business
  • You will independently carry out Headcount planning, support budget planning, and provide other monthly or quarterly reporting, or ad-hoc requests
  • You will work independently on HR Controlling projects to initiate optimization measures

 

 

Professional experience & skills:

  • You have successfully completed your business studies or a comparable field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Controlling
  • Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in successfully leading cross-functional and/or cross-country projects
  • Result oriented with a strong affinity for numbers in financial contexts that enables you to quickly think your way into complex tasks
  • Experience in modern planning & reporting tools
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (in particular, excel, power point)
  • Fluency in English, German would be a plus
  • Readiness and willingness to work independently and collaborate within the European group of companies
