For our Public Relations & Oncology Portfolio Communications team in our European headquarters in Munich we are seeking a
Working Student (m/f/d) for Public Relations & Oncology Portfolio Communications

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Support: First draft presentations, support with adjustments and update of current presentation and fact sheets
- Maintaining content repository: support with organizing folders, content libraries (SharePoint), and completely new set-up of our new Intranet page
- Support with review of materials on Veeva and with compliance
- Support with keeping materials approved if they are getting closer to expiry dates
- Support with ad hoc requests from affiliates and current needs from cross-functional teams
- Support with basic PR and comms housekeeping activities (media list updates, monitoring, tracking coverage from our agencies)
- Organize monthly call agenda
Personal Skills and Professional Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a master's program or similar in communications, journalism or healthcare and marketing and interest in communications aspects
- Strong interest in communications field, Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare is a plus
- Previous internships or experiences at communications agencies or newspapers / agencies / magazines is a plus
- Hands-on attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); any further EU language is a plus

- Work of product PR focusing on our current and future Oncology business
- How to create and drive PR and communications activities at product and portfolio level both internally and externally and facilitate country-level activation
- Development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies with a focus on Product PR, campaigns and activities, including social media and media relations to build our reputation in oncology
- Media Relations activities
- Manage agencies and other external vendors to secure maximum return on investment, operational excellence and business impact
