Working Student (m/f/x) Compliance Policies and Procedures
– limited to 12 months –
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the development of policies and procedures with the supervision of the Compliance Officer for policies and procedures
- Perform technical checks of policy and procedure content
- Administer the roll out of policies and procedures throughout Daiichi Sankyo Europe, monitor implementation
- Support the Legal and Compliance team in updating and maintaining the self-service SharePoint intranet portal
- Be accountable for data collection for metrics
- Other activities to be determined depending on evolving business need
Personal skills and professional experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree at a recognized university in Germany
- Ability to focus on details, ensuring tasks are completed with utmost care and precision.
- Proactive approach and willingness to embrace new topics and tasks. An open-minded and adaptable attitude facilitates taking on diverse challenges and contributing innovative ideas
- Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, allowing efficient creation, management, and presentation of data and information
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
