For our headquarters in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:
Working Student (m/f/x) Corporate Communications
The Position:
This is a position for a student (m/f/x) with first experience in communications to support our Corporate Communications team. We are looking for someone with very good copy-writing skills in both English and German for all sorts of texts including social media. The position may also include tasks such as event organisation and general administrative support.
We are offering a flexible working environment, close collaboration with the team and the opportunity to gain experiences in internal and external Corporate Communications. A regular onsite presence of approximately 2 to 4 days per month is required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Copy writing for internal and external communications and social media in English and German
- Design of visual assets (e.g. with Canva), video editing
- Administrative support of the corporate communications team, including e.g. event management
- Content management for intranet, website, social media
Personal Skills and Professional Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- First experience in communications, e.g. an internship or verifiable copy-writing experience (please enclose text samples to your application)
- Experience with designing visuals (e.g. with Canva) and video editing
- First (professional) experience in creating content for digital channels including social media, preferably LinkedIn
- Confident appearance, creative, open-minded
- Hands-on mentality, proactive mindset, ability to work on several topics at the same time, openness to gain experience in all areas of Corporate Communications
- High degree of personal responsibility and sense of ownership while being an integral part of a small team
- Confident in working with MS Office
- High level (business fluent of (mainly) written communications skills in English are obligatory, very good German skills are a plus
