For our Global BPM CoE team as part of Global Digital Transformation we are now looking for a:

Working Student (m/f/x) Global BPM CoE

- limited for 12 months with option to extend -
 

Become part of our global team and explore the many facets of a global pharmaceutical company. As a working student (m/f/x), you will work in a multicultural and dynamic global environment, gaining valuable insights and the opportunity to apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice. Ideally, you are based in or near Munich and are willing to come to our office about 2 days per week.

You support the team in:

  • Overseeing and optimizing communication channels to ensure effective information flow throughout various areas, including managing SharePoint pages and intranet content.

  • Assisting in the design, clarification, and analysis of diverse global processes and the development of digital process representations using BPMN 2.0.

  • Coordinating task assignments, ensuring their distribution, and monitoring progress using diverse tools for effective execution, e.g., Jira.

  • Organizing training sessions and ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.

  • Handling administrative tasks and initiating new initiatives with a global perspective.

  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of BPM governance practices.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Enrollment at a college/ university with a focus on business administration, business informatics, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Business Process Management and project transformation.

  • Experience in agile working and training management.

  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of processes.

  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, along with a keen interest in digital tools.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
