For our headquarters in Munich we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:

 

Working Student (m/f/x) Global Patient Advocacy in Europe
(limited for 12 months with option to extend)

 

The Position:

Become part of our global team in Europe and explore the many facets of a global pharmaceutical company. As a working student you will work in a multicultural and dynamic international environment, gaining valuable insights and the opportunity to apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice. You shall be based in or near Munich and are willing to come to our office about 2 days per week.

The team:

The Patient Advocacy Team engages with cancer patient organisations across Europe and acts as facilitator between the patient community and our company. We work with various functions across our company, bringing the perspectives of patients into everything we do to serve their real needs.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Providing project management support to the Patient Advocacy Team to streamline processes and effective tracking of key initiatives and stakeholder engagements. Handle administrative tasks for both routine work and specific project initiatives, including contracting, budget monitoring, meeting and event support etc.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Support collaboration with various internal functions and country affiliates, to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
  • Presentation & Documentation: Create and update presentations and project documentation for various internal and external purposes.

 

Personal Skills and Professional Experience:

  • You are enrolled as a student in the areas of life sciences, social sciences or business administration.
  • You have worked in corporate teams and bring some experience in project management and supporting business processes.
  • You have a structured and independent way of working and a collaborative team-spirit along with a high degree of reliability and a cultivated communication style.
  • You have a genuine interest in health care and engaging with patient communities.
  • You have a high proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German is a strong asset.
