We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:
Working Student (m/f/x) Oncology Training Team -Limited to 12 months / 20h per week-
The Position:
- The working student is a fully integrated team member within the Oncology training team of Daiichi Sankyo Europe.
- The focus of the position is to support the EUCAN training team in reviewing and approving training content via Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- The position is an excellent opportunity for those who appreciate a stable, predictable, and process-oriented work setting.
- The position is a part time role, 20h/week.
- The position is limited to 12 months.
- The position is Munich-based.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support creation, testing and review of training content, in collaboration with external agencies and internal cross-functional team members
- Initiate, manage and optimise the approval workflow of training content on Veeva Vault PromoMats at European level
- Support countries with implementation of European training content
- European training team website maintenance
Education & Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or similar
- Comfortable with routine tasks and able to maintain focus and accuracy in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail, and consistent organizational skills
- Strong time management & prioritisations skills
- Solution-orientated
- Confidence in communicating and collaborating with international stakeholders
- Written and spoken English, second European language preferred
- Proven knowledge of MS Office suite
