To strengthen our team, we are searching for a highly motivated Working Student to support Lead Buyers in executing sourcing related activities. This may include but is not limited to:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage RFX in eSourcing tool.
• Organize vendor selection and negotiation meetings.
• Collect documentation to support that the sourcing process has been performed as per internal regulations (i.e., compliance checklist). Secure that the compliance control is successfully passed upon the first time. Resolve gaps where needed.
• Collaborate with Lead Buyers and vendors to ensure that the Third-Party Due Diligence process is timely executed. Ensure identified gaps are timely resolved.
• Liaise with Lead Buyers to timely (re)qualify preferred suppliers.
• Promote our DSE Procurement department by preparing and publishing articles on Procurement’s key achievements on internal communication channels.

Personal skills and professional experience:

• Currently pursuing a Master degree at a recognized university in Germany 
• Strong execution and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines 
• Highly reliable and a distinct aptitude to work accurately
• Proactive, autonomous, and result oriented. Ready to tackle ad-hoc tasks with a positive mindset and to adapt to changing priorities. 
• Excellent communication skills in English. German language is a plus. 
• Location: Based in the vibrant city of Munich or its close area.
