We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:
Working Student (m/f/x) Competitive Intelligence Monitoring (Medical-Commercial Insight) - 20h/week, limited to 24 months
The Position:
Do you have a combination of medical-scientific and commercial interest and experience, and would you like to drive CI monitoring (Competitive Intelligence) as a medical-commercial insight in the pharmaceutical industry?
And at the same time gain a wide range of insights into how to put the customer at the center (CX) in the cardiovascular therapeutic area of our Specialty Medicines Business Division?

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organized individual to join our Insights & Performance team to support on large-scale insights and data generation workstreams and to drive smaller-scale projects independently.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working in a cross-functional and international team at headquarters level. Roles & Responsibilities:

Support in CI assignments (Competitive Intelligence) for cardiovascular brands

Perform regular pan-European social media screening for own and competitor brands, using innovative tools

Classify medical-scientific publications and clinical trial information

In collaboration with Insights Director, co-manage cross-functional CI team, supporting with invitation and organization of regular meetings

Preparation of insights and data generation for hosting CI meetings, including at congresses

Keep records of actions and deliverables for CI team

Administrative support in vendor management

Host a CI repository for knowledge management

Support in other market insights projects as well as leading small, own project(s)

Assist in organizing data, insights and results facilitation within the Business Division (at brand level)
Education & Professional Experience:

During Bachelor or Master study in Life Science, Medical Science, Pharmacy, Economics or Marketing:
-
Skills to organize, coordinate, and execute on details, while keeping the big picture in sight

Reliability and demonstrated ability to work in teams, as well as autonomous/without constant monitoring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on mentality, proactive mindset, ability to work on several topics at the same time, openness to gain experience in all areas of Insights & Performance and CX (Customer Experience)

Ability to work in frequently changing environment, i.e. agile mindset
