The Position

The medical advisor plays a crucial role in the Launch of the new lipid lowering product bempedoic acid, Nilemdo and Nustendi. The Medical advisor will be dedicated to this TA and these two products. The Medical advisor takes the lead and provides internal and external medical scientific support by being an expert on therapeutic and disease areas (bempedoic acid and dyslipidemia), KEE Management, patient treatment trends and related scientific activities within the disease area. The medical advisor identifies and establishes networks for the most effective and efficient medical-scientific communication in order to contribute to optimizing Lipid lowering health care. Ensuring compliance with the SOPs as well as legal and ethical standards.

The Medical advisor reports to the Sr. Country Medical Manager.




  • Degree: University Master degree in Medical or Bio Science, preferably PhD.
  • Experience: Professional experience in Medical Affairs Department, preferably in a medical advisor role at least 3 years.Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience with strong medical & clinical affinity
  • Proven Medical project management experience & skills.
  • Language: Dutch mother tongue and fluent in English, both oral and written communications
  • Others: Knowledge in clinical study management and conduct.
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills and facilitating discussions with groups in an engaging manner
