Business Solutions Architect
 

 

Purpose:

We – Business Solutions & SFE Team part of the CX Excellence department - are a looking for a talented Business Solutions Architect joining our team of professionals implementing different new platforms to support our CX Evolution programme. These CX platforms are part of Daiichi-Sankyo ambition to implement an end-to-end digital backbone to enable, streamline and facilitate engagement with HCPs. This includes storage of all relevant customer information, support of advanced analytics through harmonized, high quality customer data and to collect and allow analysis of customer feedback.

As a Business Solutions Architect you will establish our system in the hearts and souls of our end users enabling them to drive bespoke and tailored customer engagements creating the best possible customer experience. You will support all users how to best use the available functionality to max out the potential of our new platforms. This will include building a strong interface to our business teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access), to understand and translate their needs into concepts that will drive system usage and adoption within our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Customer Engagement and Business Solutions platforms (CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Veeva, Marketing Automation…) implementation, roll-out, data management and governance
  • Management and maintenance of data platforms (such as Azure,…) and cloud management software (such as Snowflake…)
  • Drive continuous improvement of functionalities, optimal usage, release changes and best-practice processes of CRM, acting as Single Person of Contact toward our Head Quarter in Munich.
  • Conduct gap analysis and communicate functional possible changes between current CRM (and other platforms) functionalities and all the needs collected.
  • Ensure the successful roll out of new functions, driving high country adoption and train users as needed.
  • Run all tests, UAT and follow-up of tickets as part of second line support team
  • Provide technical and functional troubleshooting and administration of the solutions
  • Support Customer Facing Roles in improving tool usage, leveraging not only data collection but maximising opportunity coming from a deep understanding of data analysis
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments and make sure to communicate information across all the key stakeholders.
  • Support Sales Force Effectiveness key processes such as call planning, medical file management, call reporting, incentive compensation calculation, FF assistance & monitoring

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience with CRM systems, Content Management Platform, Marketing automation platform, Microsoft Power Platform ideally in Pharma or Life Science industry
  • Preferable knowledge and familiarity with the most current Dynamics 365 Business Applications: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Dynamics for Marketing, Customer Insights
  • Preferable good understanding and practice in sales force effectiveness management and business excellence processes
  • Experienced in working within cross-functional and fast paced environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good command of English language
  • The position is office based in Rome
