The Position:

We are seeking a talented student to join our team in Munich. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in our innovation activities. You will support a European team, located across 11 markets in Europe on providing transparency of ongoing innovation projects and the integration into daily operations on market level. You will have the chance to work across diverse projects, with multiple European teams and learn from a broad range of experiences and cultures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Update and monitor our internal and external website (content, design and metrics) in close collaboration with our Communication Department
• Support communication & omnichannel campaign integration of innovation projects across European markets, including material development and close collaboration with affiliate marketing teams incl. VEEVA approval process for digital assets
• Support the operationalization of our innovation process and governance model by market research, workflow management and facilitation of decision making and cross-functional meeting preparation
• Support our internal knowledge management in Confluence and Sharepoint

Personal Skills and Professional Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in business administration, innovation management, digital health or related fields
• Strong interest in innovation strategy, digital transformation, and digital health. Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Solid expertise in website management and communication and proficiency in creating engaging and compelling promotional materials (videos, blogs, images, designs)
• Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making
• Hands-on attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Office 365, collaboration tools (Miro and Atlassian Suite) and ideally some experience with data visualization and basic analytics
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); any further EU language is a plus
